Somewhat agree

Would you like to provide feedback about these actions?

As an early childhood professional, I feel very undervalued. QCT does not deem me suitable to get "teacher" registration even with a teaching degree just because I am 0-5 years trained.
I am a teacher; I have always been a teacher and what I do is of immense value.
Are "school" based educators the only ones who are teachers? It is an outdated and ridiculous practice which has been abolished by most, but Queensland still do not respect or give recognition to early childhood trained teachers.
This needs to change.

Improving teacher supply
