As a primary teaching I know that the kids love playing, so in my lessons I follow a methodology where the children can learn while they are playing and having fun. Also is really important keep in touch with the rest of the teachers to create a correct learning atmosphere to make as easier as possible the learning process.

Better understanding future teacher workforce needs

Very effective

I think is really important to be a teacher because you are teaching to future adults people, and the future will depend on them. That is why I think is really impotant to have a great education system, because we have to teach to the children how to ssurvive and improve the world, an avoid to repeat the same mistakes.

Better career pathways to support and retain teachers in the profession

The proposed actions will improve career pathways, including through streamlining the process for Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher (HALT) accreditation, and providing better professional support for teachers to retain them in the profession.
