Would you like to provide feedback about these actions?

Privatize schools. Have 9% levy on payroll for sponsorship of the employers choices of free selective private schools (plus universities and technical colleges); including for free private satellite television education; choices of educational television channels for each age level from k-12; (plus university channels) This would focus education on the needs of industry; so purge the woke deviants; so lift the standing of teachers and address the teacher shortage; by requiring only the best 10% of teachers; unrestricted by public sector [REDACTED] dictates.

Improving teacher supply

The actions proposed will be effective in increasing the number of students entering ITE, number of students completing ITE and the number of teachers staying in and/or returning to the profession.

Free private satellite television children education would only require best 10% of teachers; 9% levy on (private schools and industry) payroll for free private teachers colleges and free private satellite television teacher education; would provide teacher education to all; only needing to enter teachers colleges for exams. Less demand for teachers and more teachers addressing shortage of teacher skills.

Free private satellite television education could provide 8 hours of direct children education curriculum and repeat for a total of 3 times each day. Plus home schooling would eradicate the cost, danger and time wasted travelling to and from school. Pay savings to mothers to provide supervision of children.

Estimates of teacher requirements did not consider the labour savings efficiencies of satellite television education.

Better career pathways to support and retain teachers in the profession

The proposed actions will improve career pathways, including through streamlining the process for Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher (HALT) accreditation, and providing better professional support for teachers to retain them in the profession.
