Hi,
I have read the whole action plan, it covers all the significant points more importantly about encouraging people to adopt the teaching profession and attract overseas teachers.
I am a highly qualified person,my highest qualification is M.Phill in Applied Linguistics and I do have teaching professional degree”Bachelor of Education”. Moreover, my whole teaching experience is eleven years in Government and Private sectors in Pakistan.
I am a dedicated and well qualified teacher and have been trying really hard to find a teaching job here in Australia. It is a humble request and suggestion to consider professional people like us for teaching and make teacher registration a little bit easier for us , IELTS (S8,L8,W7,R7)criteria is really high to achieve for overseas ,indeed they have the capacity to learn and introduce induction training for us at the start of the job ,a bit more practice and training will enabel them to achieve excellence in English language, the only reason is ,English isn’t their first language and a little relaxation in teacher registration specifically in terms of IELTS will encourage them to be a part of Australian Education Department and serve it passionately.
Thanks
