Teachers who have been in teaching for up to 5 years or less than 5 years (especially in non leafy green areas) should be supported and guided by their colleagues but especially their line management.
I find that line managers do NOT do enough to back, support and encourage teachers..but, are rather quick to criticise, complain and reprimand their teachers
