Elevating the profession

Somewhat agree

Would you like to provide feedback about these actions?

I have been working 17 for the department of education and am still fixed term. I am a valued member of the staff but admin don’t value me. I have worked most year levels and specialised in digital technologies. I do so much for the school and go above and beyond. I’m always working until the cleaners finish and do fabulous activities with the children and for the community. The process of writing applications is demoralising and of recent humiliating. I am a happy, motivated and positive team member who is respected by the community. I did not even get into the pool. All graduates have been employed and a 2 year out make given permanency. I am now left without a job and considering leaving the profession. My mental health due to this disgusting process has been so effected that I can not put myself through this again.
