This document details the data inputs required for a PRISMS user to create an approved Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) in Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS). This document will assist software system vendors, and education providers verify the PRISMS data currently held within their existing provider Admission Management System (AMS) and Student Management System (SMS) for the upcoming API functionality.
Note: The validation and business rules were documented during the ‘discovery phase’ of the Project. Some validation and business rules may change throughout the remaining time of the Project.
