Child Care Subsidy (CCS) has changed. Most families using care now get more subsidy and some families previously not eligible can now get it. Around 96% of Australian families are better off.
If you already get CCS, you don’t need to do anything as Services Australia will have applied the changes for you.
If your family earns below $530,000 you may now be entitled to CCS. Check your eligibility by making a claim using your Centrelink online account through myGov or your Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.
