A total of 223 submissions were received and considered by the Review Panel. The Panel thanks those who made a submission.
Please note, not all submissions could be published. The Department reserved the right not to publish certain submissions. This included circumstances where the information was not relevant to the issues in question, where matters were subject to a non-publication order or where there were privacy concerns about the information included.
