The department has mechanisms in place for receiving feedback on our programs and services, as it is integral to our on-going improvement.

Complaints about child safety or to lodge an incident regarding a child (minor under 18 years of age)

While the Australian Government provides substantial funding for schools in Australia and plays a leadership role in setting and advocating for national education priorities, it does not have a direct role in the administration or operation of Australian schools. State and territory governments have constitutional responsibility for the operation and regulation of schools in their jurisdictions and can be contacted on these links.

Higher Education If you are not satisfied with your university or higher education provider you can submit a complaint. All providers are required to have a grievance procedure for dealing with academic and non-academic complaints. Online: Higher education student complaints
