The Higher Education Research Commercialisation (HERC) Intellectual Property (IP) Framework is now available.
The HERC IP Framework is a part of the Government’s research commercialisation agenda designed to assist businesses working with universities to negotiate successful university-industry partnerships and turn research into products and services.
The Framework includes a voluntary set of standardised agreement templates, educational and guidance materials to assist university and industry users with university-led research.
