The department has commenced a review of the Education Services for Overseas Students (Exempt Courses) Instrument 2021.
The instrument exempts certain supplementary courses from the ESOS Act. This means these supplementary courses can be offered to overseas students without being registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS). The review will consider supplementary courses to be added to or removed from the instrument.
Requests for courses to be considered in the review can be submitted to the ESOS Online Enquiry Form by 30 November 2023.
